As a standard feature, the reversing auger mixes faster and more efficiently. This patented reversing auger technology cuts freeze time to a minimum by reversing the motor direction every half hour. The result - iced product that would usually pushed to the front of the hopper instead rolls over, and mixes consistently with the rest of the frozen drink, resulting is a consistency of the taste of your beverages.

This model is available in three different colors: White and Stainless Steel, Black and Stainless Steel, and Black.
